The HRA team has a reputation for excellence within the senior housing industry. Because our primary mission is to develop and manage communities in which we, ourselves, would envision living, we focus our efforts on arrangements where we develop and/or manage each community.

We look for new opportunities in the development and management  of new and existing communities, especially where turnaround expertise is required.  Unlike many in the industry, HRA not only accepts the challenge of turning around under-performing properties, we welcome it. In fact, we are quite adept and have a history of reversing negative operational trends.
