As a Team, We Can Achieve New Heights
HRA is an experienced, responsive and transparent management company that understands the linkage between real estate value and the sound management of properties. Collectively, the HRA team has extensive experience in every aspect of development and management in the senior living industry which positions us as a leader in the field.
HRA’s management team offers a diverse set of management skills and life experiences, giving us the agility to meet new challenges and achieve the bottom line our business partners expect. Our commitment to effective communication ensures successful business relationships and community management.
We firmly believe that HRA’s mission cannot be solely accomplished within our corporate office. The HRA management team is hands-on and is frequently out in the field, visiting our communities, responding to the concerns of our associates and maintaining close contact with our residents and their families. We have a proven track record of assessing a situation, taking control and implementing necessary change. And throughout the process, we continually challenge our strategy by listening to what our residents, family members and associates say.
